Pofakyy.com provides recording studio rental services for audio recording, production, and related activities. Our services are subject to availability and reservation confirmation.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations
• Use the studio equipment and facilities with care and in accordance with provided instructions
• Arrive and depart at the agreed-upon times
• Pay all fees and charges associated with your rental
• Comply with all studio rules and regulations
• Not engage in any illegal activities while using our facilities
• Not bring food or beverages into the recording areas unless explicitly permitted
• Not smoke or vape within the premises
• Be responsible for the conduct of any guests you bring to the studio

4. Reservations and Cancellations

All studio bookings are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges for the reserved time. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer rescheduling or refunds as appropriate.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required to confirm bookings. We may require a deposit for certain reservations. All rates are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the rate quoted at the time of reservation. Additional charges may apply for overtime, equipment damage, or special requests.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific creative outcomes or recording quality
• Compatibility of our equipment with all external devices
• Uninterrupted service in case of power outages or equipment malfunctions
• Availability of specific equipment not explicitly included in your package
• Technical support beyond basic equipment operation

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, particularly if safety concerns or policy violations arise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created during your studio session belongs to you, subject to payment of all fees. However, we retain the right to use photos or recordings of the studio (not your specific content) for promotional purposes. The Pofakyy.com name, logo, website design, and other proprietary elements are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you create in our studio and that your activities do not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Liability Limitations

Pofakyy.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

You are responsible for backing up your work, as we do not guarantee the preservation of session data beyond the rental period. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pofakyy.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Pofakyy.com is registered. You waive the right to participate in class actions or similar proceedings.
